- Ambassadors represented the Chamber at numerous non-Chamber events
- Answered over 30,000 phone calls
- Arranged & conducted 32 Ribbon Cuttings & Ground Breakings
- Arranged & conducted 8 Business-After-Hours-Mixers
- Assisted KWED / Seguin Daily News with Toys for Tots campaign
- Collected and distributed over $9,000 for Help Seguin Shine Grants to beautify Seguin
- Conducted a sports resource analysis of the Seguin market
- Conducted payroll, payables, and receivables activities in-house
- Conducting a Occupational Demand Survey for the CTTC
- Coordinated 4 Clean Seguin Days
- Coordinated the Bulldog Buddies Program
- Created & implemented a new Member-to-Member Promotion Program
- Created a Wildflower Contest Display
- Created and conducted a developer, builder, and contractors survey for the City of Seguin
- Designed ad for the City Merchant Network
- Developed a new trade-show display
- Developed the Seguin Area Community Calendar
- Developed an aggressive 2003-04 Plan of Work
- Organized and distributed 130 New Teacher Welcome Bags
- Developed and distributed 52 "Monday Morning Memos"
- Developed and recommended 5 changes to the City of Seguin Sign Ordinance
- Developed Annual Budget
- Developed the Quarterly Cost of Living Index for national distribution
- Developed, launched, and updated New Website (120+ conference calls)
- Distributed numerous "Good News" e-mails promoting education in Seguin
- Facilitated the creation of the City's "Contractors Advisory Board"
- Greeted over 3,000 visitors to the Chamber
- Hosted a reception for the Texas Trail Ride Association
- Hosted and coordinated the Ladies State Chili Cook Off
- Hosted one & attend 2 Tri-County Chamber's Quarterly Meetings
- Hosted True Women Tours
