February Member of the Month - Five Star Title

Five Star Title, LLC, established in 2006, is celebrating the start of its 14th year in business in downtown Seguin, Texas and remains as the only locally owned and operated Title Company in Seguin. Owners Karen and Tony Schaker acknowledge they have been blessed by the support the local community has shown in support of their business. Five Star Title relocated its office to the corner of Austin and Mountain Streets in 2010. Their staff has grown to 10 employees. 
Five Star Title takes pride in increasing its business based upon customer satisfaction and performance. “We are proud of our employees who work diligently throughout each phase of the closing process,” said Karen Schaker. “Our employees take pride in their work while assisting our customers reach the dream of home ownership. 
“Five Star Title attempts to accommodate its customer in every way possible and live by the motto ‘We stay open so you can close’,” she said.
