Seguin Job Shadow Program 2020The Seguin Economic Development Corporation and Seguin Area Chamber of Commerce are excited to bring back the Seguin Job Shadow Program 2020 in honor of Career and Technical Education Month on February 19, 2020! This event will be hosting 11th and 12th grade students from Marion ISD, Navarro ISD and Seguin ISD. We are now looking to sign up all industries to accomodate these students!
What is expected:
- Each business will be required to host one or more students to shadow an available occupation from 9:30 AM-2:30 PM. (Please keep in mind there will be a staggered drop off schedule that will be created getting closer to the event day and distributed to all participating businesses. The students will be leaving your facility no later than 2:30 PM to arrive back at their school before the school day ends).
- We also ask that you provide lunch to the student/students you are hosting.
What we need prior to event day:
- Adequate Contact Information
- Dress Code
- Forms Needed to be signed by student
- List of Occupations Available to be shadowed
- Confirmation that lunch will be provided
