• Acknowledge and greet all guests with friendly, prompt, and courteous service
• Provide thorough consultations to determine needs and provide solutions
• Integrate product recommendations and retail sales into each service
• Meet or exceed individual retail and productivity goals
• Promote referrals and business building practices; encourage guests to return
• Participate on making Calls to clients to ensure a great experience to all clients
