Guadalupe Valley Family Violence Shelter, Inc. is collaborating with TLU, as well as Seguin PD, the Guadalupe County Attorney’s Office, the Guadalupe County Children’s Advocacy Center, and Guadalupe Regional Medical Center on our 2nd Annual Amazing Race: Survivor’s Challenge! We invite you and your organizations to be a part of this event and show your support for survivors in your community.  We host this collaborative, dynamic event to educate members of the community on local resources and services that are available to sexual assault survivors, as well as give participants an inside look at some of the challenges that survivors face. Participation in the race is FREE and includes breakfast, a T-Shirt, giveaways from participating and supportive agencies, fun challenges and games, as well as informative discussion. We kindly encourage each of you to participate, whilst enhancing community partnerships and furthering your awareness of sexual assault survivor resources. If you are not able to participate individually or create a team for the event, there are other ways you can support us from afar! To start, please help us spread the word by sending our flyer to your colleagues and organization members!
