Preschool Gymnastics Director

We are looking for a creative individual that LOVES working with kids ages 5 and under. Currently, our program starts at 9 months, so education on young childhood development is an added bonus, however, not required. Responsibilities would include coaching parent-assisted and Pre-K classes, managing and leading a team of coaching that also teach in this program, implementing and managing themed lesson plans, program development, and parent communications. 
This is a part time position ranging from 15-20 hours a week. Weekly, three-four mornings and two-three week day evenings, plus an additional once monthly Saturday morning would be required. Our classes run year-round.
Most of these hours would be in the New Braunfels location, however, we would prefer at least one week day evening in the Seguin location.
